Haversted by hand, sorted in the vineyard and in the
winery, picked up at maturity. Average yield of 50 hecto/
hectares. Fermentations with temperature controlled at
30° maximum. Maceration of 3-4 weeks depending on the
vintage. Malolactic fermentation after running off.
Aged in concrete tanks.
Château Saint Chel has a crystal clear ruby robe. A
developed and intense nose marries the aromas
of red fruits. In mouth, this wine shows to be softened
and to powerful, perfectly harmonious and well balanced.
